一種熱電系統製作方法,可有效降低熱阻而提高效能

Abstract

A method to assemble a thermoelectric system, which exhibits low thermal resistance to enhance the thermoelectric performance.

1.平板式熱電模組或具有鰭片之次系統 2.不鏽鋼流道結構 3.材料封裝之基板熱傳導係數>50W/mk,優於常見氧化鋁基板。
