技術簡介

目前台灣的固態照明產業上、中、下游製程設備均具備單機化的自動機台，自動化取放與傳輸為必然需求。本技術為建立廣泛LED燈具自動化組裝的作業，乃整合晶圓傳輸模組與多形態LED燈具自動化夾持/定位/組裝之模組化技術，解決生產線上站站分離的困境。最後結合智慧化軟體整合，收集整合銲線、檢測與燈具組裝等生產機台狀態資訊，使得固態照明製程智慧型自動化的目標得以實現。

Abstract

In Taiwan, almost all of the manufacturing equipment for solid-state lighting products are automated except wafer pick-and-place for loading and unloading. The innovative technology has established LED base board automated assembly technology to reduce the separation of the production line, the picking/positioning/assembly is integrated, followed by wire soldering, inspection and lamp assembly, which are all controlled by the computer software. The information from each process collected and controlled to achieve the goal of automatic system technology for solid-state lighting industries.

1.T型燈具製造自動化組裝技術中軟線夾持定位時間在8.56秒內 ，其精準度± 0.29mm內。 2.T型燈具製造自動化組裝技術中電源驅動板穿引至T型燈管時間在5.7秒內 。 3.嵌入式設備訊息傳輸模組其訊息傳輸交換速度可達25訊息/秒。

T-type LED assembly devices with flexible wire positioning accuracy less than ±0.29mm within 8.56 seconds. 2. make a driver assembling platform through the lighting board hole during less than 5.7 sec for T type LED lamp automated assembly technology 。 3. An equipment communication module that transmits more than 25 messages per sec.

技術特色

結合Robot及視覺檢測技術，進行軟線夾持定位、檢測與電源驅動板組裝自動化，搭配嵌入式訊息傳輸模組，利用文字設定檔定義參數，前端以RS-232、後端透過Ethernet與中央通訊模組溝通，縮短50%以上通訊導入時程。
