技術名稱: 結合雙攝影機與微型投影之3D人臉掃描技術

技術簡介

本研究之微型投影技術結合雙攝影機之3D描器設計,採用光學非接觸式量測,並將高次多項式三維空間映射函數校正技術,作為本研究建立物體表面三維立體模型規畫之參考。本規劃書包含(1) 以攝影機拍攝,由所得到二維數位影像序列組合,經由立體成像公式,導出物體深度,並進而建立三維模型。(2)藉由David 3D軟體累積經驗,以一部CCD 攝影機對欲建立三維立體模型之物體不同角度進行取像,利用所取得同一角度中兩張距離差影像,經由影像處理技術(前置處理、影像分割、特徵擷取、影像比對),再由旋轉影像序列中所得不同角度三維資訊,合併建立完整三維立體模型

Abstract

In this research, apply the micro-projection technology combined with dual cameras 3D scan design, the use of non- contact optical measurement, and high-order polynomial three-dimension space mapping function technique, as established in this research refer to three-dimensional model of the surface of the planning. This research contains; (1) Obtained by the two-dimensional digital image sequence combinations, via three-dimensional imaging formula, derived object depth from two images captured by the CCD camera, and thus establish a three-dimensional model. (2) According to the David 3D software to gain experience, and capture the different angles of object image to build three-dimensional models by the CCD camera, and through the image processing techniques (pre-processing, image segmentation, feature extraction, image registration), then rotate the three-dimensional information from sequence of different angles image to construct a complete three-dimensional model.

技術特色

本研究使用兩個雙投光器的3D相機所組成,可以同時量測物件的深度及拍攝紋理材質。本研究針對穿戴式產品設計的頭顱顏面為量測範圍,此範圍除了臉部資料外還包括側面的耳朵部位,因此攝影機分別從正前方,45度左前方,45度右前方與下頦方向來進行量測,首先以光柵圖案投射在受試者的頭顱顏面上,經過3D軟體計算受試者2D影像上的平移量,可以得到具有曲面高度值的深度圖形,3D軟體最後將各部分整合為3D頭顱顏面模型。
