技術名稱: 紫衫醇高分子微胞包覆技術

技術簡介

高疏水性藥物非常適合以高分子微胞包覆技術進行劑型開發,可以提高藥物在水中的溶解度,同時增加藥物的安定性。工研院已建立完整高分子微胞包覆技術平台,包括劑型配方,藥物選擇,試量產,體外及動物評估等。

Abstract

Highly hydrophobic drugs is very suitable to the polymeric micelle formulation development, this technology can improve drug solubility and increase the stability in water. ITRI has established the paclitaxel polymeric micelle formulation technology platform, including formulation design, drug selection, pilot production, in vitro, in vivo and animal study evaluation.

技術特色

工研院已建立完整高分子微胞包覆技術平台,包括劑型配方,藥物選擇,試量產,體外及動物評估等。本項紫衫醇高分子微胞包覆技術可包覆高藥量紫衫醇藥物,藥量可達2 mg/mL且具有長期安定性,同時配方組成可由小批至100mL以上,均有良好相等性,適合於肺癌等治療應用。
