技術名稱: PC Based XXY對位平台精密運動控制技術

技術簡介

本技術主要是XXY對位平台PC Based 精密運動控制系統技術的開發。利用PC Based數控系統整合軸控卡,開發XXY精密對位運動平台之自動化技術,亦即利用數控系統控制微動馬達,利用電腦數控系統進行處理平台移動的相對資料,得到執行相對於標靶中心座標之三軸致動器對位動作。

Abstract

This technology is mainly to development of a PC based alignment system for a XXY stage. We developed automation technology for the uses of PC based digital control technology into XXY position alignment stage. The computer positon data is calculated and applied to get the data, and the motion commands are transmitted to the actuator finally.

技術特色

XXY平台是一種微距式的移載定位平台,大量使用於工業用途,經常應用於有預定位置的控制系統中。在本系統中,採用PC based數控系統以標靶為運動行程基準中心進行位置比對,再運用階層控制理論執行平台移動量,通過PC數控系統控制馬達執行運動,達到加工或檢測物與基準標靶的對位。
