技術名稱: 細胞級抗發炎細胞激素分泌篩選技術

技術簡介

本技術為細胞級細胞激素分泌抑制劑篩選技術, 所包含的細胞激素為IL-17, TNF-α, IL-1β與IL-4 。目前這些細胞激素都是影響慢性發炎疾病的重要因子,透過這個篩選技術可以加速相關藥物開發的時程。

Abstract

The established platform is cell-based anti-inflammatory cytokines screening methods. The cytokines in this platform include IL-17, TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-4. These cytokines are known to play important roles in chronic inflammatory diseases and the drug development timeline of these diseases can be accelerated through these screening methods.
