技術簡介
工研院材化所自行開發的耐水洗導電紡織品,則是在紡織品上印刷一導電層,並且通過水洗測試20次後(AATCC 135),其表面電阻仍維持在100~101Ω/□之間,而市售導電布較不耐水洗,其表面電阻會隨水洗次數增加而上升(10-1→102 Ω/□)。採用後處理方式賦予紡織品高導電度,不受織物種類限制,可利用網版進行不同圖案之印刷,製作成導電度均勻的導電紡織品
Abstract
Recently years, conductive textiles have received a lot of attention of research for their use in wearable technologies. As more and more wearable electronics and smart clothes are coming out, the market maintained a good growth year after year.?Conductive textiles are the key element to build smart clothing?with known electrical properties (resistance, capacitance,… etc).??The surface resistivity of fabrics depends on: conductive material used, percentage of conductive fibers, and fabric structure.
技術規格
耐汗牢度(AATCC 15-2009): 3~4級;耐磨耗測試(ASTM 4966):經3000及6000 rpm磨耗測試前後,訊雜比皆可維持20 dB以上;RoHS六項(鎘、鉛、汞、六價鉻、多溴聯苯、多溴聯苯醚)測試:符合RoHS 2002/95/EC;心電圖軟板電路模組訊號測試:水洗20次前後,市售導電布訊雜比約5dB,而ITRI導電布訊雜比皆可達20 dB以上。
