技術簡介
本技術包含: 流場熱傳模擬分析與回饋技術、材料和機構設計技術、與雙溫度元件控制技術，即使高達1150°C的工作區溫度變化也不超過±0.02 °C。
Abstract
This technology includes the simulation and feedback technologies on thermal conductivity in thermal fields, materials and mechanism design technology, and bi-temperature-sensor controlled technology. The temperature variation in the working area will not be more than ±0.02 °C within 30 minutes even at high temperature such as 1150°C.
