技術簡介

在消費性電子產業中，發展最終產品功能性測試驗證技術，包含Win8 & Win10觸控面板測試驗證技術及智慧型手機自動化功能測試驗證技術。我們建立了技術自主的軟硬體開發，達成自動化高精確度功能性測試驗證技術。 (1)在Win8 & 10觸控面板測試驗證技術，在Win8推出之初我們與微軟公司合作開發觸控面板測試技術，成為Win 8 Touch LOGO在全球唯二之標準測試驗證設備，我們所開發的測試設備包括手動5指Gesture準確度測試設備、全自動化5指Gesture準確度測試設備及Latency測試設備。 (2)在智慧手機/平板自動化功能測試驗證技術方面，我們整合多項感測器及多項輸出設備，測量手機/平板在接受到輸入訊號後的響應以及輸出訊號的品質。並且將測試結果存入資料庫，可協助建立手機產品履歷及提供失效分析改善產線效率。

Abstract

In the consumer electronics industries, we develop the functional test measurement technologies. These include Win 8 & Win 10 touchscreen panel testing technologies and automated the factory testing for tablet and smartphone solution. (1)In the Win 8 & Win 10 touch panel testing technology, we develop manual, automatic five fingers gesture and latency testing equipment. In Taiwan, we are the only one partner with Microsoft. (2)The automatic functional testing solution moves from labor intensive factory test to automation test and reduces the human intervention for factory test and improve the test quality.
