技術名稱: 智慧視覺影像檢測技術

技術簡介

統整2D/3D視覺影像技術及智慧演算法,建立高速、高解析度、高感度的瑕疵檢測及尺寸量測技術。 (1)高速瑕疵檢測技術,發展高速影像處理運算技術,包含在FPGA內實現演算法、平行化運算實現在GPU及PC Cluster上,實際應用於Roll to Roll製程之線上瑕疵檢測及鋼帶分割產線之線上瑕疵檢測。 (2)2D/3D量測技術,統整2D影像資訊與3D影像資訊,交互參考運算得到高解析度的資料。可據此進行2D及3D輪廓及形貌尺寸量測,可應用於3D Printer成型過程尺寸監控,提高列印精確度及良率。

Abstract

Integrated 2D/3D imaging technology with intelligence algorithm to create high speed, high resolution and high sensitivity vision system for defect detection and dimension measurement. (1)High speed inspection technology; we developed high-speed image processing computing technology including implementation of algorithms on FPGA, GPU and PC Cluster. This system could be realistic on in-situ defect detection for roll-to-roll process. (2)2D/3D measurement technology; integrated 2D/3D vision information enhanced the resolution and accuracy of contour and dimension measurement. This technology could be used to monitor the contour during the process of 3D printer for improving the sophistication and yield.
