技術名稱: 太陽光模擬與驗證技術

技術簡介

1.太陽光模擬器開發技術:(1)LED太陽光模擬器開發技術:以節能之LED光源建立符合IEC 60904-9太陽光模擬器AAA規格(光譜分布、均勻度與穩定度)之太陽光模擬器,並取得多國專利。(2)大面積太陽光模擬器開發技術:藉由光學設計開發之均勻器使光輻射分布可達大面積之有效準直、均勻度,且光譜特性接近真實太陽光。(3)5倍SUN太陽光模擬器開發與驗證技術:模擬各種氣候區的實際條件,設計各種溫度、濕度以及太陽光模擬光源照射組合。並可客製化嚴苛的測試條件。 2.太陽光電計量驗證技術:(1)一級基準太陽能電池校正技術:建立差分式光譜響應(DSR)量測技術,具有不受環境限制、追溯不確定度小以及不須光譜修正等優點。提供之一級基準太陽能電池量測不確定度全球僅次於德國PTB。(2)染料敏化/有機太陽能電池量測技術:建立(DSSC/OPV)精準及快速量測技術,以RTOSM技術消除電容效應造成I-V效率量測誤差。最適化處理可使正逆掃的I-V 曲線一致,差異在 0.1 %以下。並以一次得到完整I-V曲線數據與分析結果,相較多次量測取平均的I-V 曲線,具有較高可信度。

Abstract

1. Solar Simulator Development Technology(1) LED Solar Simulator: Using energy-savingLED lamps to develop the solar simulator fulfills the AAA requirements of IEC 60904-9(Spectral distribution, uniformity, and stability) and receive patents in many countries.(2) Large-Area Solar Simulator: Using homogeneity filter from optical design reaches large-area uniformity, alignment and similar spectrum from natural sunlight.(3) 5X Solar Simulator Development and Verification Technology: Simulate the real conditions in different climate zones with combination of temperature, relative humidity, and light sources. This technology can simulate the severe condition to verify the product reliability. 2. Photovoltaic Metrology Technology:(1) Primary Reference Cell Calibration Technology: Develop the DSR measurement technology and have the benefits on non-environmental limits, small traceability uncertainty, and not necessary for spectrum-mismatch correction. Provide primary reference cell calibration with very small measurement uncertainty only larger than PTB in Germany. (2) DSSC/OPV Measurement Technology: Develop accurate and fast measurement technology on DSSC/OPV solar cell. Using real-time one-sweep method(RTOSM) technology to reduce the capacitance effect to avoid the errors on efficiency measurement. The simplified processing can reach the consistency on I-V curves from different sweeping direction within the differences of 0.1 %. This Technology also have better confidence from one measurement rather than averaging multiple ones.
