技術名稱: 渦卷流體機械應用開發技術

技術簡介

渦卷式壓縮機的高效率、低噪音,使其應用日漸增加。隨著環保節能的研發趨勢,工研院綠能所針對渦卷流體機械等各項技術,開發了包括(1)市場資料情蒐與專利搜尋分析技術、(2)標竿商品性能分析與計技術、(3)渦卷真空泵數值模擬分析工具建立、(4)創新之無油渦卷真空泵設計技術。

Abstract

Scroll compressor of high efficiency, low noise, its application is growing. With the incoming development trend of green energy and environmental issue, ITRI developed the oil-free scroll vacuum pumps and related technology, which included: (1) market information and patent search & analysis technology, (2) the benchmarking-product analysis & design technology, (3) the numerical simulation analysis tools and (4) innovative oil-free scroll vacuum pump design technology.
