本技術可利用場流或管柱分離並結合光散射偵測技術可獲得材料之分子量及粒徑

Abstract

AF4/SEC-MALS determines the absolute molar mass and size distribution of proteins, biopolymers and polymers in solution.

分子量範圍:1~1000K Da; 尺寸範圍:10-500 nm; 水相/有機相系統
