技術名稱: 玻璃螢光片複合材料

技術簡介

結合玻璃材料與螢光材料,製作玻璃螢光片複合材料,具有優良之安定性,特別適合作為高功率應用之光轉換元件材料。

Abstract

By combining glass materials and phosphors for the production of glass-phosphor plate composite, the glass-phosphor plate has excellent stability. And, it is particularly suitable as a luminescence-conversion element material for high power applications.

螢光材料於玻璃中之比例≦ 20wt.%、大/小螢光片厚度≧200μm、大螢光片直徑≦10cm、小螢光片尺寸≧ 45mil x 45mil

技術特色

結合無機螢光粉(Phosphor)與玻璃(Glass)材料,全無機物之耐熱特性佳、耐光特性優良、使用壽命長,特別適合於高功率照明與顯示元件之應用。

應用範圍

各種照明及顯示裝置如:高功率白光LED、背光源、投影機、探照燈、路燈、汽/機車頭燈與其他高功率燈具等
