技術簡介

本專利將氣化爐之煤倉設計成具有渦流效果，使得煤倉具有適用於乾式與濕式兩者的進料狀況，一方面在乾式進料時因煤倉具有渦流效應，可產生流體化的效果；另一方面在濕式進料時又可藉由渦流達成攪拌效果，預防硬沈澱產生。在進料的輸送管路上，透過內管的螺旋設計，讓進料產生氣旋效果，可減少已知使用螺旋進料器的耗損，並且有效的排除堵料的情形發生，對於小型氣化爐的模組化具有相當高的商業價值。

Abstract

The patent design of the coal bin of gasifier to have a vortex effect, making coal bin having a feed situation applies to both dry and wet feeding types.When the dry feeding with a vortex effect due to coal bin, fluidized can produce results. On the other hand can be reached by vortex stirring effect when wet feeding, it can prevent hard precipitate. In the transport pipeline fed through spiral design of the inner tube, so that the feeding to produce vortex effect.It is known to use a screw feeder reduce consumes, and effectively blocking material exclusions occurred.For small scale gasifier has a very high commercial value.
