技術名稱: 整合化建築物能源模型技術

技術簡介

本技術整合建築物能源模擬計算軟體、建材及耗電設備規格資料庫、建物能源管理感測器,建構本土化的建築模型與氣候資料,提供建築物耗電因子分析、最大空調尖峰負載估算、設備與建材更新之節能效益評估、最佳契約容量計算等功能,建立國內自有之智慧綠建築整合設計技術能量,創造產業價值。

Abstract

This technology is to develop a buildings energy consumption modeling tool package integrated simulation software, materials and equipment database and sensors of building energy management. This software package can execute the analysis of power consumption, maximum cooling peak load calculation, energy-saving evaluation for replacing equipment or materials, and optimal contract capacity based on domestic buildings and climate models. Also establish domestic technology and create more industrial value.

模擬誤差<±10%;資訊轉換時間<5秒;資料庫包含36種建材元件及3000種節能標章家電;台電最適契約容量6種模式計算。
