技術名稱: IEC61850通訊技術

技術簡介

一種電力通訊協定閘道器,可建構於一般常見之工控平台,用來接收下層各家IED的IEC 61850資訊,並換轉換成MQTT的通訊方式,提供上層應用端使用。

Abstract

This technology is a gateway of electricity communication protocols, which can be installed on common industrial control platforms to obtain information from IEC 61850 devices of different IED vendors and supply the use of upper-level applications.

技術規格

一、通訊協定標準範圍 1.IEC61850邏輯點函式庫:參考IEC61850-7-3、7-4; 2.IEC61850 SCL組態配置檔:參考IEC61850-6; 3.IEC61850通訊服務軟體堆疊:參考IEC61850-7-2、-7-3、7-4,IEC 61850-8-1 MMS映射部分。 二、軟體功能 1.IED的MMS通訊能力至少支援ABB、SIEMENS與ALSTON等三間大廠; 2.支援1.3、2.0與3.0等版本之SCL格式; 3.接收SCL設計工具所傳送或發行變電所描述檔案(*.SCD) ; 4.具備Report Control服務,依據變電所描述檔案設定,與下層IED通訊並接收事件訊息; 5.內含MQTT Broker與MQTT通訊功能,提供至少3個用戶的訂閱與發行; 6.IED的Report事件訊息可轉換成JSON資料格式,並透過MQTT通訊發行與傳送至訂閱之上層應用; 7.每一個閘道器至少支持10台IED的通訊能力; 8.事件訊息更新頻率依據Report Control服務中,對IED事件回報之設定參數;

Technical Specification

A.The standard scope of communication protocols includes: 1.Data model library of IEC61850: reference to IEC61850-7-3,7-4; 2.SCL substation configuration language of IEC61850: reference to IEC61850-6; 3.Communication stack of IEC61850: reference to IEC61850-7-2, 7-3, 7-4; IEC61850-8-1 MMS mapping. B.This software includes functions of: 1.enhancing the MMS communication ability of IED, at least supporting ABB, SIEMENS, and ALSTON; 2.supporting SCL of version 1.3, 2.0 and 3.0; 3.receiving the substation configuration description file (*.SCD), which is published by or transmitted from SCL design tool; 4.providing the service of Report Control, which is to communicate with and receive event information from IED, according to substation configuration description; 5.providing MQTT Broker and MQTT communication functions, supporting at least 3 users to subscribe and publish; 6.transforming the event information from IED Report to JSON format, and publishing and transmitting the subscript information through MQTT communication, and the features that 1.every gateway at least supports 10 IEDs, and 2.event sampling rate is based on the configurations of IED Report Control.

技術特色

電力監測設備之間雖採用相同之通訊模式與通訊協定(如:IEC 61850, Modbus等),然而,仍常常存在互通性問題及相容性問題,以目前於業界廣泛採用之ABB, ALSTOM或Siemens IED為例,雖然均以IEC 61850作為通訊協定,在現場實務應用上,當欲將各廠商的IED設備資料傳回後端管理平台應用時,卻仍會遭遇資料溝通上的困難。 依據IEC 61850的理念,IEC 61850所要傳遞的數據模型、通訊服務,以及整個系統的通訊網路拓樸,需將之文件化,如此就能解決相容性與互通性的問題,接著則需考量IEC 61850的通訊服務與應用程式管理。
