技術名稱: MedalRacer-運動無氧閾監測與警示APP

技術簡介

依據使用者運動測試結果,雲端藉由醫學guideline所提供的evidence-based專業知識功能自動推薦(domain automation)下載最適的八周運動課程至智慧型裝置App中,包括入門白色課程及中階紅色課程,供使用者進行運動訓練;運動當下可即時監測使用者之無氧閾心率百分比(%HRAT),透過即時語音告知指引使用者運動強度是否需要進行調整,因此使用者可易於遵從最適化運動強度提醒與警示,以達成訓練目標

Abstract

The App can download the most appropriate eight-week exercise courses (including white course for beginner and red course for intermediate) for user exercise training. Based on user testing results, these eight-week exercise courses on the cloud can be auto-recommended by the evidence-based domain knowledge function provided from medical guideline Moreover, the App can not only monitor user‘s heart rate percentage at anaerobic threshold (%HRAT) in real-time, but also can coach user to adjust exercise intensity in real-time while exercising. Therefore, user can follow the exercise intensity coaching instruction and alert for user‘s training goal

根據使用者無氧閾心率,並運用漸進訓練方式,搭配跑步、慢跑、步行和休息的模式,讓使用者能更有效且輕鬆地鍛鍊肌耐力,與改善心肺功能。 ‧根據專業醫療儀器所測量之無氧閾心率,提供使用者個人化最適訓練模式。 ‧最適訓練模式,包括入門白色計畫,可維持健康生理機能;中階紅色計畫,可增進個人體能狀況,強化心肺功能與肌耐力提升。 ‧內建虛擬教練,可依據使用者無氧閾心率百分比(%HRAT),提供智慧語音指引以達成訓練目標
