技術名稱: 透明遮光材料與元件

技術簡介

在光學組件上有效地調控光線穿透的技術是一項重要的因子,因此我們實驗室開發了用於不同遮光載具的電致變色材料,並且已經搭配許多載具進行整合驗證。電致變色材料的遮光效果可以大幅提升光學載具的性能。

Abstract

An important factor affect the performance of optical modules is effectively tuned the transmittance of light. Thus, our laboratory had developed electrohromic materials for different purpose of optical shutters, and they had been integrated verification of the modules. Shading effect of electrochromic materials can significantly improve the performance of the optical modules.

技術特色

本技術為一種低壓驅動的有機單層電致變色材料,其衍生的元件在亮態時具有高穿透度而在暗態則具有全波段遮蔽效果。本技術相對於無機系統的材料反應速度快,透過配方的調整可達到透明至黑色的高對比度。與其他遮光元件相比,由於低的驅動電壓使得這技術應用在透明顯示器或其它光學元件上具有非常大的潛力。 This technology is a low voltage-driving organic single layer electrochromic material, and its derived device having with highly transmittance at transparent state, and full-visible region shielding at the opaque state. Our technology has higher response speed relative to the inorganic system materials. Through the recipe modification can achieve high contrast between colorless and black color. Due to the low driving voltage compared to other light-blocking devices, this technology has great applications potential in the transparent display or other optical devices.
