傳統補償膜光軸常有特殊的光學角度設計,例如1/4波板與線性偏光片需夾角45度可轉換成圓偏光片,但是這樣的需求僅能片式對貼,不只材料浪費(僅60%使用率)也耗費人工。
Abstract
Usually stretched compensation film has to be assigned with unique optical axis for some optical design purpose. For instance, an angle of 45 degree is needed inbetween linear polarizer and quarter wave plate for circular polarization conversion. However, this optical align will result in material waste (40% loss) and lots of labor work.

工研院透過優異的光學設計,開發出特殊的不對位補償膜,可以與線性偏光片直接成捲對貼合,提高了材料使用率也不需耗費多餘的人工、減少重工次數。目前針對3D眼鏡左右眼需求已開發出的不同旋性圓偏光片,可完美呈現出立體效果。
