技術名稱: 流體流量計量

技術簡介

本技術可以應用在氣體與液體流量及其相關應用的量測與控制。 在氣體量測領域之中,我們可以應需求客製化應用了各種不同流量元件,例如音速噴嘴、層流元件等;結合準確的壓力與溫度量測,以及資料擷取與系統控制自動化技術,進而可以在不同的應用場合之下進行流量量測與控制。透過本技術所建置之系統具備良好的線性度、長期穩定度,以及高可靠度等特性。 在液體量測領域之中,我們整合了動態流場模擬、整流及穩流、最佳化程序設計,以及資料擷取與系統控制自動化等技術,進而得以進行大範圍且準確的流量量測與控制。

Abstract

This technology can be applied for fluid measurement or control. In the field of gas measurement, we adapt various of flow elements depending on the need of customs, such as sonic nozzle, laminar flow elements, meanwhile, integrating accurate pressure and temperature meansurement, as well as data acquisition and system control automization such that flow measurement and control will be realized for different applications. furthermore, systems established through this technology characterize good linearity, long-term stability, also, quitely reliable. In the field of fluid measurement, we combine a number of techniques such as dynamic flow simulation, flow condition, optimized process design, as well as data acquisition and system control automation so that large turn down ratio flow meansurement is available.

氣體流量量測技術:1 mL/min to 18000 m3/h, U = 0.10 % to 0.18 % 液體流量量測技術:0.001 mL/min to 13000 L/min, U = 0.03 % to 1 % 溫度範圍:0 ℃ to 50 ℃ 絕對壓力:0.75 bar to 60 bar
