技術名稱: 無壓縮機之全溫層自助式取貨站

技術簡介

全溫層自助式取貨站突破國際上現有自助式取貨站均為常溫型態,於本院現有全溫層物流配送技術之基礎上,研發可外掛型態的無動力蓄冷模組,針對亞洲地區市場的消費特性,以創新智慧站配服務的模式,提供全方位的生活物流服務。自助式取貨站服務解決方案可提供物流業者進行批次配送,有效降低單件貨物配送成本,避免重複配送的資源浪費。另外針對消費者對於低溫商品的需求,自助式取貨站附加上低溫保溫功能,可以符合消費者對於低溫食品的要求,確保食品的新鮮與品質,使消費者可以享受高品質又安全的低溫食品。

Abstract

Multi-temperature self-service pick-up station, mainly based on the cold-chain technologies of ITRI, is a breakthrough design comparing with the normal temperature pick-up stations internationally. This module does not need traditional compressor. It is suitable to for the Asian market to provide the Omni-collect service. The logistic company can apply the batch delivery mode to saving the cost and raise the delivery successful rate. Multi-temperature self-service pick-up station provides a high quality and safety way to enjoy the cold-chain products.

保持指定溫度持續18小時: –冷凍模組在攝氏-18度以下 –冷藏模組在攝氏7度以下凍結點以上

Technical Specification

Long-lasting for 18 hours at specific temperatures –freezing module keeps under -18℃ –refrigerating module keeps between 7℃ and frozen point.

技術特色

智慧化獨立蓄冷模組可同時於冷凍-18℃及冷藏7℃或其他溫度達到18小時長效保溫效果,體壁處計畫開發發泡材料與VIP複合材異質材料接合技術,防止過多熱量向外部釋放,同時也能夠防止環境中的熱量進入箱體內部。
