技術簡介

4G LTE 小型基站之功率放大器的線性度要求極為嚴苛,需達-47dBc的要求。採用高線性度的半導體製程配合線性化設計工藝是本技術的研發重點

Abstract

Linearity specification is very stringent in 4G LTE small cell. The ACLR is required to lower than -47 dBc in the power amplifier. Linearization design craft is the point of this research.
