技術名稱: 光碟式基因晶片掃描儀原型機應用開發

技術簡介

開發一套光碟式基因微陣列晶片掃描儀原型機系統,此掃描儀系統特色在於利用市售光碟機的光學讀取頭進行改造而成,具有小巧及價廉之優勢,並結合光碟機特殊的螺旋式循軌掃描技術,用於掃描基因微陣列晶片。

Abstract

A prototype of disc-type microarray gene chip scanner was developed based on the optical pickup head (OPH) of a commercial compact-disc read-only memory. The scanner was compact and cheap and the gene chip was rotationary scanned by laser beams with the performance similar to that measured by commercial scanners.
