技術名稱: 呼吸運動導引紓壓管理系統

技術簡介

本技術為串接穿戴式裝置與行動裝置的心肺同步呼吸訓練輔助工具。呼吸是人的一種正常生理現象,也是一種內臟的運動,同時又是重要的養生之道。人的一呼一吸孕育著生命的能量。美國心臟學會雜誌指出,早晚在床上各做5-10分鐘腹式呼吸,有助於降低冠狀動脈增厚,減少心臟病發及中風的風險。學習呼吸訓練,無論在情緒管理、壓力放鬆管理、疼痛的緩解以及提高運動效率等,都有許多助益。

Abstract

This technology is for a breathing-training aids tools. Journal of the American Heart Association pointed out that, sooner or later in bed each doing 5-10 minutes of abdominal breathing, is helpful for reducing coronary artery thickening, and the risk of getting heart diseases. We can use this tool in relaxation, pain relief, emotion, stress and exercise management.
