技術特色

工研院開發Multi-DOF整合型慣性感測元件為單晶片多軸感測設計,利用單一製程平台將三軸加速度計、三軸陀螺儀及三軸磁力計整合。透過特殊專利結構設計能有效降低驅動電壓、提升感測靈敏度、降低元件受外力的影響。應用上結合高精度估測演算法之定位及姿態感測模組,可達到以手機進行個人導航定位與姿態感測的功能。
