技術名稱: 振動監測系統

技術簡介

工研院開發之振動感測系統,係針對工具機設備之應用需求設計,具備10 kHz感測頻寬,數位式資料輸出,IP68等級之金屬封裝等工業應用特點,感測器採用MEMS技術之結構專利設計,具高抗應力與抗衝擊之特色能力,整體振動感測系統尺寸:直徑15mm/高15mm。應用上,整合時域/頻域訊號整合分析系統,提供客戶監控工具機設備在加工過程中所產生的振動,以提升加工穩定度、精度並延長刀具壽命。

技術特色

工研院寬頻域振動感測元件、微處理器與無線通訊模組,感測範圍涵蓋低頻到高頻振動訊號,與寬溫度範圍精確感測。搭配低雜訊高速後端讀取電路,透過無線模組傳輸至後端電腦進行振動訊號處理與分析,提供工具機設備業監控機台在高速加工過程中所產生的振動,提升加工穩定度、精度並延長刀具壽命。
