技術名稱: 空調系統最佳化控制策略技術

技術簡介

建立空調主機運轉最佳化控制策略技術,針對冰水主機、冰水泵浦、冷卻水泵浦和冷卻水塔建立耗電模型及計算流程,預測在不同外氣溫度與空調負荷下,使用者在不同設定水溫或其他運轉條件下,可得到系統運轉耗電最低的最佳化操作策略。

Abstract

A technology of optimal control strategy is applied to the central air conditioning system to obtain the minimum power consumption. The mathematic model of system combines with water-cooled chillers, chilled pumps, cooling pumps and cooling towers as well as the scheme need to build up the performance curve of equipment. According to weather temperature and space loading, the optimal chilled water outlet temperature and other working parameters can be setup to achieve the energy saving.

技術規格

中央空調冰水主機在實際運轉下,其耗電量受到冰水水溫、冷卻水水溫及負載的影響。因此冰水主機之耗電模型可表示為冰水出口水溫、冷卻水入口水溫及主機負載之函數。冷卻水水溫係由冷卻水塔之運轉操作策略所控制,(1)風扇為定頻,風扇轉速固定,水塔之出口水溫隨外氣條件而變化。(2)變頻風扇,可設定水塔出水之趨近溫度,依外氣條件,利用轉速變化,達到調整水塔之出口水溫。本模式針對空調系統之冰水主機、泵浦(包含冰水一次側或一/二次側、冷卻水泵浦)以及冷卻水塔等設備進行運轉性能分析模型建立,預測在不同運轉條件下之系統耗電。
