技術名稱: 零售業跨業商品組合平台

技術簡介

針對零售服務業跨業行銷之議題進行研究,了解現行模式下跨業串聯營運者、服務店家以及使用者可能遭遇的不便利性與問題,並探討導入ICT技術後可改善的營運模式與服務流程,進而分析與規劃出跨業產品組合平台之系統架構與功能模組,包含店家管理模組、產品管理模組、動態產品組合等相關功能,以做為後續平台開發的基礎。

Abstract

The topic of cross-industry marketing on service retailing industry. We analyzed the inconvenience issues from operators, service stores and users, trying to solve these problems by adopting the ICT solutions. The ICT solution framework includes store management module, product management module and dynamic product combination module

技術規格

優化跨業消費服務組合平台雛型開發,並針對2種以上的商業模式以及跨產品組合推薦演算法進行驗證 技術指標: 至少2種商業模式之設定、資料庫設計與建置 動態建議效益最大化之產品組合,演算法運算時間不超過3sec 驗證指標: 確定2家零售整合業者與120間以上的零售業者參與服務實證。 完成跨業消費服務組合使用者體驗數200目標。 完成跨業消費服務組合使用者體驗記錄10,000筆。

Technical Specification

Optimize the cross-industry consumer service combination platform, and validate against two or more business models and cross-portfolio recommendation algorithm Technical Specifications: ~Set and deploy at least two kinds of business models and database design ~Maximize the benefits of dynamic portfolio recommendations, and algorithm computation time is less than 3sec Verification indicators: ~Identify two retail key players with more than 120 retailers participating in the demonstration. ~Reach the annual target : the cross-industry consumer service composition 200 user experience and the cross-industry consumer user experience services portfolio recorded of 10,000 items.
