技術名稱: 熱能回收裝置

技術簡介

本發明專利提出一種輻射熱回收裝置,藉由多層管式的排列組成,達到可耐溫之結構,並提高輻射熱吸收比例。當輻射熱進入多層管式結構內,可減少熱輻射的反射損失,經由多層管狀熱交換流體將熱帶走回收。

Abstract

A heat recycling device comprises a frame, at least one first tube, and at least one second tube. This multiple tube structure provides the high temperature resistant design and absorption structure to recover the industrial thermal radiation.

技術規格

1. 可吸收熱源溫度達1000℃下所釋放出的熱輻射 2. 熱輻射吸收板表面可耐溫500℃ 3. 紅外光波段(1,500nm~3,000nm)吸收率≧80%

技術特色

工業製程存在大量的熱輻射,但沒有相對應的廢熱回收機制。若以目前市售太陽能集熱板進行回收,則無法承受工業輻射熱的強度與長期運轉的環境條件。本專利提出一種熱能回收裝置,藉由結構的配置及材質的選擇以避免熱能回收裝置之變形,同時具備輻射熱高吸收效能之特性。
