技術名稱: 整合式燃燒裝置節能系統

技術簡介

本發明專利提出一種結合氫氣輔助燃燒與廢熱發電系統之整合型節能系統,可提供燃燒設備同時達到節省燃料以及廢熱發電之效果。

Abstract

An energy saving system for combustion equipment, which integrate a hydrogen-assisted combustion and waste heat power generation technologies to reduce the fuel consumption and produce electricity is announced in this patent.

1.包含觸媒或電漿重組產氫系統 2.包含熱電發電或有機朗肯循環等廢熱發電系統 3.包含燃燒設備廢熱回收熱交換器

Technical Specification

1. Include a catalytic or plasma reformer for hydrogen production. 2. Include a thermoelectric or an organic rankine cycle for power generation. 3. Include heat exchanger to recovery the waste heat produced by the combustion equipment.

技術特色

目前燃燒設備的燃燒效能改善已達極限,釋放之廢熱量依然相當龐大而未被充分回收。本專利透過氫氣輔助燃燒以進一步降低空燃比和提高燃料轉化率,同時以廢熱發電系統以轉換廢熱為可用電力,達到同時節省燃料與節電之效果。
