技術名稱: 高溫PEMFC技術開發

技術簡介

本團隊已完成高溫PEMFC電池組以及發電系統之相關技術開發,1kW高溫PEMFC電池組,是以高溫膠密封之雙極板模組,此電池組發電功率可達1022W(@0.6 volts)。另完成kW級HT-PEMFC發電系統整合設計、建置及測試,發電系統可輸出1908W@175℃( Vstack = 26.5V)。其電池組與系統元件均可在高溫環境下穩定連續運轉,且系統可因應負載變動,即時調整進氣量,穩定維持系統運轉電壓。

Abstract

A kW level high temperature PEMFC stack and system is successful developed. The power of the developed HTPEMFC stack can reach to 1022W under voltage of 0.6v/cell at 180℃. There are 30 cells in the developed stack. In order to verify the practicality of HTPEMFC technologies, a high temperature PEM fuel cell system is also established to develop and analysis the BOP components. Start-up procedures are further discussed by the operation of the developed HTPEMFC system. The system can output a power of 1.9 kW under stack voltage of 26.5 Volts at 175℃. Besides, the system accomplished continued operating testing, and passed current variation and current constant tests. As a result of the system tests, the stack and the related BOP of the HTPEMFC system is proven to stable running in high temperature fuel cell system for six hours. Otherwise, we established a generated model of the fuel cell stack to simulate the possibility and practicality of the integration of the fuel cell system and back-up power system. The developed HTPEMFC technologies will be helpful to improve the industry of fuel cell in Taiwan.
