技術名稱: 瓩級高功率密度金屬板燃料電池組技術

技術簡介

本技術內容為瓩級燃料電池組,包括以超薄金屬板作為雙極板基底進行覆碳膜保護及表面改質技術,不僅提升板材抗蝕性,亦可維持優異的導電性,且降低雙極板使用重量與厚度,大幅增加電池組功率密度;此外,透過精密雷射銲接技術將複雜組件予以單元化,整合金屬雙極板及密封件設計參數,提升電池組整體結構強度與密封效果。

Abstract

We develop kilowatt-scale fuel cell stacks, including carbon-coated layer and surface modification on ultra-thin metal plates as bipolar plates in the stack, whose anti-corrosive property is increased while maintaining the electro-conductivity. In addition, Higher power density is reached while decreasing the weight and thickness of bipolar plates in the cell. Moreover, we strengthen the mechanical structure and air tightness by unitizing the repeating components in the stack through laser welding technology, and parameter integration of metal bipolar plates as well as sealing materials.

技術特色

目前已完成國內首顆1 kW雷射模組金屬電池組設計開發,其中碳膜鍍層已通過5000小時以上長效驗證,性能衰退率< 10 %,且通過試量產評估;導入精密雷射銲接模組化技術,可減少1/3零組件數量,有效提升50 %裝配精度與速率,同時降低雙極板的介面阻抗達90 %以上,目前完成電池組連續穩定運轉500小時長效驗證,性能衰退率< 2 %。
