技術名稱: 一種可解決生產方向對位精度問題之OLED生產製程

技術簡介

在卷對卷OLED照明的製程中,一般須同時考量MD與TD方向之對位,對於連續式動態傳輸系統的檢測與調整負擔過大,易造成鍍膜不均,故本技術結合OLED照明製程中原有蒸鍍或濺鍍製程均則需搭配鍍膜遮罩,藉由鍍膜遮罩的設計,同時解決TD方向對位與鍍膜之問題,為卷對卷OLED照明關鍵技術。

Abstract

In the R2R OLED lighting process needs consider the alignment of MD and TD in the same time. Due to continuous dynamic conveyance has overload on measurement and adjustment will cause uneven coating. Therefore, combining coating mask design in evaporating/sputtering for OLED lighting process to solve alignment and coating problem.
