技術名稱: 快速熱性能量測系統

技術簡介

建立快速LED熱性能檢測技術,由於傳統熱性質量測耗時的缺點,目前僅應用在研發端用以開發新產品及新製程,然而LED具有極高的熱通量,封裝製程的穩定性嚴重影響元件熱阻大小及junction temperature,傳統量測技術已無法滿足生產端對於品管的需求,藉由本技術的成功研發,大幅提升量測效率,應用於產線上即時監控元件品質及良率,將LED產品熱性能量測應用於LED製造後段之出貨量測,得以降低生產及研發成本,進一步解決LED可靠度及壽命問題。

Abstract

The present research project is to develop a novel high speed thermal performance testing method. This is because traditional testing method takes long time and only can apply to the research and development. Due to the extremely high heat flux of LED, the stability and uniformaity of package process can effectively influence thermal resistance and junction temperature. Traditional thermal test method can not satisfy the requirement for the qualification. The research can improve the measurement efficiency and monitor the quality of LED during package process. Results are helpfut to reduce manufacture cost and also improve reliability and life issues of LEDs.

技術特色

開發LED快速熱阻檢測技術,能在產線上即時篩檢出因熱失效所造成的不良樣品,將有助於解決及提升LED照明面臨的可靠度及壽命問題。本技術之開發可降低熱阻所需的量測時間,突破傳統熱阻測量測耗時的瓶頸以降低檢測成本,並完成自動化量測系統之建置,量測時間<1sec/顆。
