技術簡介

本技術係以通用分散式控制Modbus Gateway系統軟體結合符合IEC 61499規範之軟體平台，針對生產線上相關控制器間之通訊，使其具備Class 0(控制參數交換)至Class 2(控制程式部署)整合能力，達成生產線控制系統可重組化。能針對產品需求與變化，快速佈建生產線整合控制系統，將協助國內系統整合商建立可重組生產線整合控制系統設計、模擬、驗證、建置等能力。能大幅提昇SI廠商技術含量與顧問服務能量，有效縮短生產線導入時程，並為客戶帶來可快速因應需求變化產線的附加價值。

Abstract

This technology could create communication capabilities among different controllers both in control parameters exchange (class 0 integration) and in control program deployment (class 2 integration) for production lines via integrating distributed control Modbus Gateway with IEC 61499 compatible software platform. Enabling production line control system with reconfigurability that could respond effectively to market demand change. The technology also could shorten considerable production line build-up time for manufacturers and bring value on fast delivery of products for end customers.

技術規格

1. Modbus Gateway，同時具有OPC協定、TCP/IP、RS232的通訊界面，可架接各種不同軟體、設備、或裝置。 2. 控制器間通訊：具備Class 0(控制參數交換)至Class 2(控制程式部署)整合能力。 3.產品換線時，生產控制系統重組時間小於2分鐘。
