技術簡介

研發符合OPC UA Alarms and Conditions機台互通國際標準之資料整合模組,用以解決目前工廠各別獨立針對個別機台進行整合,導致效率低與擴展不易之瓶頸,達到產線設備之資訊得以有效整合與擴展之效益。

技術規格

‧採用Alarms and Conditions方法進行事件之創建、處理與緊急事件通知功能,對於需緊急通報的製造業設備特性最為合適 ‧採用OPC UA結合Advanced Message Queuing Protocol方式,達成每秒300,000個點位資訊傳遞(batch subscribers)

‧Alarms and Conditions method for incident creation, handling and emergency notification is most appropriate for urgent notification of manufacturing equipment characteristics ‧Achieve 300,000 ticks per second using OPC UA with Advanced Message Queuing Protocol (batch subscribers)
