車專用HIL驗證平台,可驗證與改善電動車動力控制器、整車控制器、CAN BUS等ECU或ECU網路之可靠度與保護策略覆蓋率

Abstract

"Electric vehicle hardware in the loop (HiL) verirfication platform : The verification platform can provide the service of design verification and improvement for the following products. *EV powertrain motor controller *Vehicle Control Unit *CAN bus *All the other ECU on Vehicle We can evaluate ECU an ECU network reliability and coverage of protection strategy through EV HiL verification platform."

技術特色

現況:已利用dSPACE與OPAL-RT實時模擬器完成虛擬車輛平台,並在虛擬車中搭配使用FMEA表與FTA表展開之失效驗證用例表單,完成虛擬車失效測試用例模型,使此平台可快速驗證電動車內各個控制器單元與控制網路之功能性與保護策略合理性,加速電動車驗證與開發流程,大幅提升車用控制器之開發時程與產品成熟度。 特色:1.可提供虛擬車輛交握介面以確認待測控制單元流程控制正確。2.可提供虛擬車輛內部失效情境與失效模型以進行待測控制器之保護策略驗證。3.可提供失效驗證資料庫以確認待測控制器之策略覆蓋率
