技術規格

‧檢測物:3C、3K等產業成品或零組件,例如手機蓋瑕疵,如缺件、錯件、混料、極性、色彩檢測及瑕疵檢測等 ‧檢測速率:0.5 秒/物件25個內(手機蓋) ‧檢測重現性:0.2 mm,3 sec/pcs(後視鏡尺寸線上量測)

Technical Specification

‧ In-line defect inspection: 0.5 sec / 25 pcs for mobile phone cover ‧ In-line size measurement: 0.2 mm (repeatability) for side-view mirror of car

技術特色

在3C、3K等產業之成品或零組件製造過程中,需以光學檢查設備(AOI)來確保生產之產品品質。本技術主要利用高速攝影機取像、高速圖樣比對技術與快速瑕疵檢測法則之視覺檢測模組,以達到3C、3K等產業線上之動態與高速AOI品質管制的需求;技術特色為動態、線上外觀瑕疵檢測及線上外觀尺寸量測。
