技術特色

刀具規格眾多且對於加工品質要求不同,故在實際運用上常有不合理之切削參數被使用之。本計算加值模組以知識庫技術為基礎,結合整機資訊參數讀取、材料資料庫、刀具資料庫,採全圖控式之整合性開發切削參數計算系統,藉以滿足多軸複合化車銑製程之人機親合性缺口,並強化CNC自主智能化功能之開發技術。本模組採開放式App模組方式建構,可讓使用者直接導入使用,大幅減少開發時程、亦或以元件庫轉移之方式,廠商可依使用設備環境現地客製化,可讓廠商更新修改以符合其機台特色。
