技術名稱: 抑制TNF-α分泌的細胞評估方法

技術簡介

TNF-α主要是由單核球/巨噬細胞所分泌的細胞激素並且與類 風濕性關節炎和發炎性腸炎相關。利用LPS刺激單核球細胞 U937可以產生高量的TNF-α並可以此當作測試平台,評估待 測試樣品對於TNF-α分泌之影響。

Abstract

Tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), a cytokine mainly secreted by activated monocytes/macrophages, has been implicated in several inflammatory diseases including rheumatoid arthritis and bowel disease. Under the stimulation of LPS, U937 cell can release massive TNF-α and it could be a platform to evaluate the inhibitory effect of test article in TNF-α production.
