技術名稱: 實驗性自體免疫性腦髓炎

技術簡介

利用MOG peptide與百日咳毒素在C57BL/6小鼠誘發實驗性 自體免疫性腦髓炎。實驗動物在11~13天發病,發病率大於 90%。臨床病症評分從無症狀到四肢癱瘓死亡為0~6分,整個 實驗完成約25~30天。

Abstract

Experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis (EAE) was induced by immunization of MOG peptide and pertussis toxin in C57BL/6 mouse. More than 90 % of the mice developed EAE at day11 to day13 after immunization. The clinical symptom was recorded from 0 to 6 based on the paralysis. The duration of the experiment was 25 to 30 days.
