技術簡介

利用可識別物種的DNA條碼,利用DNA熔離圖譜及試紙設計, 可快速鑑定動植物藥材及混用。

Abstract

Molecular identification of medicinal materials from plants or animals using analysis of DNA sequences, high resolution melting analysis (HRM) and DNA strips.

現況:藥材DNA抽取不易、引子一致化困難、PCR效率不高及序列分析所需時程長與成本高。 技術特色:快速DNA抽取、新穎通用引子對設計、高效率PCR複製標準流程、具專利HRM圖譜資料與比對標準DNA、及可量身訂作DNA 檢測試紙技術等。
