技術名稱: 功能性賦形劑應用技術開發

技術簡介

利用新型PVAc-based高分子材料搭配難溶性藥物進行開 發,新型高分子材料具有提高藥物溶解度特性,增加藥物於 體內吸收,未來可望成為開發中新藥與難溶性藥物之助力, 縮短研發時程並簡化劑型設計評估,提升製藥產業之能量。

Abstract

The synthetic polyvinyl acetate (PVAc)-based polymer of functional excipients are amphilic brush polymer structure. This novel excipient was utilized as solubilizer that colud increase drug solubility and enhance drug absorption. This excipient will be useful for new drug and insoluble drug development. Process of formulation design will be shorten and simplified.

技術特色

工研院已建立完整新型賦形劑技術平台,包含新型高分子材料合成與調控、材料分析、劑型配方、試量產、體外毒性評估、動物藥 動與毒性評估等。利用新型高分子賦形劑相較於傳統賦形劑助溶能力更佳,且使用便利性高,適用於各種不同劑型製程。除了增加 藥物溶解度外,也提升藥物體內吸收情形,且毒性安全性皆佳。試量產製程穩定,批次量可達5-20 L反應,材料具有長期保存安定 性,適用於溶解度不佳藥物。
