技術簡介

利用傳統賦形劑搭配solubility buster解決藥物溶解度問 題，藉由藥物與賦形劑結構評估，搭配現有賦形劑材料，快 速解決劑型配伍與相關組成設計，快速達到溶解度提升之效 果，預期可縮短國內製藥產業劑型研發時程並提升製藥產業 之開發能量。

Abstract

Platform of formulation design was developed for resolving solubility hurdle of drugs. Formulation design was evaluated from structures of conventional excipient and solubility buster in order to achieve solubility enhancement. Period of formulation development will be shorten and simplified.

技術特色

工研院建立完整的劑型設計評估平台，包含劑型配方、設計概念、體外溶離試驗等。利用傳統賦形劑搭配solubility buster進行 配伍設計，克服藥物本身溶解度不佳問題，縮短劑型開發時程。賦形劑與solubility buster皆為市售商品，取得便利且不易被受 限，可廣泛應用於BCS II藥物。
