全通路自助智慧取貨站是一套自動化服務系統,提供收件人365天24小時的全年無休自助式取貨服務,隱私性高、操作簡單,且收件者與物流士皆不需彼此耗時等待。對於電商業者推廣全通路服務,以及協助物流業者降低困難配送區域,如大專院校等,可優化整體物流配送環境,達到精緻化管理、人性化服務。可結合寄貨、退貨、廣告、商品販售等多樣性服務。
Abstract
The intelligent self-pickup station is an automated service system on omnichannel. It is not only offer 24-by-7 self-service but also high level of privacy, easy to use. Moreover, neither recipient nor logistics officer need to waste time waiting for each other. While the e-commerce business promoting their omnichannel strategies, the intelligent self-pickup station could improve distribution, such as product delivery in university. Specifically, this station can optimize the overall logistics environment and integrate with a variety of services, such as sending, returning, advertising, selling, and achieve more.
