技術名稱: 串列網路伺服運動控制應用技術

技術簡介

目前的PC-Based控制器在運動控制架構上,仍以集中式為主,控制端與伺服系統結合度差,影響控制性能提升。本技術提出串列網路伺服運動控制技術,主要優點有:配線簡化、抗干擾性佳,透過網路連線機制,讓控制端可完全寫入/讀取伺服系統資料與參數,配合運動控制法則,是高速高精度設備的可行方案。

Abstract

To overcome the drawbacks of the traditional central servo motion controller, i.e. each drive needs several wires form controller and drivers, an advanced serial servo motion control network technology developed by MIRL/ITRI are presented.

‧ 串列網路伺服軸:8軸(Mitsubishi SSCNET),可擴充至16軸 ‧ 泛用開迴路:4軸 ‧ 泛用閉迴路:1軸,可擴充至5軸 ‧ 數位轉類比:2組(16 bits),可擴充至6組 ‧ 類比轉數位:2組(12 bits),屬擴充功能 ‧ 編碼計數器:1組(32 bits),可擴充至5組 ‧ 手輪計數器:1組(32 bits),可擴充至3組 ‧ 近端數位輸入點:16點(DC24V) ‧ 近端數位輸出點:8點(DC24V) ‧ 串列式遠端控制介面:2組(機械所專利),最大可控:38

Technical Specification

‧ SSCNET: a real-time serial communication protocol proposed by Mitsubishi Electric. ‧ EPCIO: a motion and I/O control ASIC developed by MIRL/ITRI, for general pulse-type servomotors or stepper motors, ADC, DAC, LDIO, RDIO, and MPG interfaces.

技術特色

本串列網路式伺服運動控制系統架構為全數位化,能夠即時且同步的傳送運動命令和接收運動狀態的網路系統,具有配線簡單與容易維護的特點,為目前伺服運動控制發展的趨勢;另外考量通用性,本技術亦涵蓋傳統伺服控制介面,讓硬體架構能適應各種設備開發需求。原則上,本技術硬體以嵌入式概念為考量,軸控伺服軸與IO點擴充皆採分散式架構,以單片母卡實現多軸/多IO控制需求。
