技術特色

本技術以雙包層?鐿(Yb-doped)光纖當雷射增益介質,搭載機構、電路、光學、和散熱全方位整合,達到雷射脈衝尖端功率2.5千瓦等級,波長在1微米並具備窄半高寬的雷射,可彈性調變雷射的重複率及脈衝寬度,出光雷射品質近單模光,符合現階段業界需求。南分院開發之全光纖式奈秒紅外脈衝雷射,具有體積小、氣冷式散熱、維修頻率低、可操作於振動、粉塵、及高溼度的工業環境優勢。

應用範圍

本計畫發展增益光放大器方法/雷射二極體損壞機制防護技術,開發高尖端功率奈秒脈衝光纖雷射,具備體積小、不需水冷散熱、維修頻率少簡易等特點,相關技術可應用於雷射加工/切割/焊接、表面標示、或精密雷射加工/微機械加工等方面。
