技術名稱: 電源調整電路

技術簡介

電源調整電路具高解晰度之輸出電壓/電流調變電路設計,適用於固態照明光源之電源供應器。固態照明光源因電流與電壓為非線性的關係,當電源電壓低於其切入電壓之前,輸入之電流為零,而當電源電壓高於其切入電壓之後,輸入電流快速增加,其變化之斜率大,上述特性導致電源供應器對輸出電流之不佳。針對固態照明光源之電壓/電流特性,設計以電源串聯、電壓疊加的方式,克服上述問題,達到高解析度控制。同時,本創作透過減少輸出電流控制級之轉換功率,可降低其主要元件之應力,減少轉換電路之功率損失,能提高電路效率,並降低成本;當電路設計為多通道輸出時,其效益更顯著。相較於傳統全功率轉換之調光電路,本創作具有較高之調光解析度、較佳之轉換效率,以及較小電路體積與元件成本。

Abstract

Proposed power adjusting circuit is designed for voltage/current regulation with high tuning resolution. The driving I/V curve of solid-state light source is non-linear, in which driving current is zero when input voltage is lower than cut-in voltage, and driving current is dramatically increase when input voltage is higher than cut-in voltage. The non-linearity would cause the limitation of controllability on driving current. Proposed structure using serial power cascade voltage method fixes aforementioned problem. Besides, with novel current control method, the pressure on major component could be reduced for increasing converting efficiency, and the cost could be saved as well. This benefit would have more advantage while there are more output channel.
