技術名稱: 親水性linker-toxins與抗體-藥物共軛複合體組合

技術簡介

在連接鏈(linker)中引入五碳醣或六碳醣等醣結構增加 linker-toxin的親水性,大幅降低甚至完全避免 linker-toxin與抗體接合時的有機溶劑使用,改善抗體- 藥物共軛複合體的安定性與抗腫瘤藥效等。

Abstract

The sugar structure such as pentose or hexose was introduced into the linker to increase the hydrophilicity of the linker- toxin, and then the content of organic solvent during the ADC conjugation process was significantly decreased or even avoided. In vitro and in vivo studies demonstrated the stability and anti-tumor efficacy of the corresponding ADCs were improved.
